Colours come out vibrant and natural with a well maintained colour balance in nearly every picture. The D70 keeps up the good work even when the images are captured using ISO sensitivities and a special noise reduction mode helps while taking pictures in long exposures. The only disadvantage in this or any digital SLR camera is the inability to capture video or audio. But other than that the camera performs well in the picture taking department.
